Video Troubleshooting

A word about Quicktime. It's awesome. It's simply the best quality video on the internet.

It also takes a while to load before playing so please be patient.

If you don't have the Quicktime Player (for Mac or Windows), download it here.

Mac users should have no problems with QuickTime. Just make sure you're using the latest version.
PC users need to uninstall any previous versions of Quicktime before downloading the more recent version of Quicktime.

For PC users, an alternative to the official Quicktime Player is also available at this website.

If QuickTime just isn't working for you, you can view the Windows Media versions of the films.
The quality isn't as good, and the file sizes are bigger. Just download the latest Windows Media player.
